WE ARE SENDING TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BARE SPACE STALL EXHIBITORS, STALL DESIGNERS AND OTHER EXHIBITORS.
Stall holders who are having Design their own stall or want to take their stall earlier can take their stall position from 7th of February 2027. On 13th February 2026 after 6 pm the stall designer was allowed to erect the stall inside the exhibition premises. Stall Designer Shall only work inside their own Stall if work outside then Clean General area outside of Stall before 6 pm on 10th February 2027.
Stall designer can’t take back wall of stall more than 12 fit and front facia wall more than 12 fit.
All the Own Design stall holders have to apply for Extra power for your Stall. (Minimum 1 kw to 3 Kw) or heavy machinery loading & unloading purpose forklift, hydra crane will be there on a chargeable basis.
During the exhibition no vehicle is allowed. You can carry your material by hand after 6.30 pm. But hydra & forklift will be allowed after 9.30 pm. Stall designers can dismantle their stall after 9.30 pm.
